Rates and Fees
Fees for our online bookkeeping services are as follows:
- One-time retainer and account set up: $295
- Bookkeeping: $25 per bookkeeping hour.
To get started, simply provide a payment for the retainer, and your first months’ bookkeeping, and we will send you a link to set up your account.
If you’d prefer, submit the retainer payment only, and we will contact you to discuss your bookkeeping needs to establish the appropriate level for your business.
In any event, we will review your bookkeeping needs after the first month to determine the appropriate payment level of ongoing services required. Bookkeeping fees will always be based on $25 per actual hour or part thereof.

Once that is done, you may use the link below to submit your payment to set up your account and your first months’ bookkeeping fees.
If you choose not to pay now, or select “Retainer Only” we will contact you to evaluate your bookkeeping needs within 24 hours.
